Return Policy
We have a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom or personalized items.
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. For clarification, please reach out to us.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement is to return the item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:
- The delivered product differs from the order.
- The delivered product quantity is less than what was ordered.
- The product was delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
- The product is not received within 60 working days of payment.
Important Refund Conditions:
- Returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must remain unopened.
- If the order involves multiple products, all items must be returned together.
- We reserve the right to decline exchange or return requests that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and can choose their preferred courier. We are not liable for lost or damaged shipments during return transit.
